Dolls Collectors Club of Russia announces about beginning of Arts Action within limits of large international charitable festival “Cows Parade”. We invite all artists to take part into competition for the best sketch of a cow design. All artists and designers, and also the one, who consider themselves creative personality are invited to paint cows. Cows are big (in actual size), white and made of plastic, easy to paint
